This retreat is to unwind your mind, body, and soul. Through reading and travelling the world, experience has guided Down2Earth to start reflecting on oneself. We need to take a break from technology and need to connect with our own energy to become grounded. We are all connected like the roots of the trees. Why not disconnect yourself from the world to find your true self (true roots).  The entire world and atmosphere needs to put their mind at ease in the beautiful island of Jamaica.

Jamaica is one the best island in the world for you to unwind. Down2Earth has wonderful aims of new ways to create your own energy within by our 12 Step Wellness Program built by Wellness Leader Sally-Ann Mighty. She created a book called “12 Steps to Wellness” to guide us through this 12 Step Guided tour around the world.

Through my true roots, Jamaica is where I was born. We are all gardeners and must give back to Mother Nature. There are so many unknown mineral waters and treasures to be seen through the salt and fresh waters of Jamaica. Jamaica has such great water excursions to be seen within the island and outside of island. Through many hikes and activities prepared my wellness members will be able to experience the real Jamaica from Roots Music and Culture.  So many unknown treasures we will guide you to see in the unknown parts of the world as well. But I as a Wellness Leader must start from my own roots of Jamaica. But as Visitors we must try and give back to the foundation we call earth. Proceeds will go towards technology for Jamaica. Donations for books, clothes, old phones, old games will be needed. Please bring them with you on your vacation. There is always someone less fortunate thien you in third world countries. Through my travels, I usually come back with nothing.

We will be touring around St. Ann’s Bay with the regular traveler Sally-Ann Mighty. For business owners and consumers we all need a break in life. Try to consume some energy away from home this winter.

Meditate, do yoga and reflect on what you really need in life. Leave the technology behind you and connect with real people. Try Networking with the real world and not through phones and the internet. Use the energy from within to find what you are truly blessed with to give the earth. Try to find your new calling in life, in a new way, through healing and connecting with real people. To know one self is to know one’s true soul. Let’s connect with you to connect with real people with real strategies.
